BOM blocks hot off members’ sewing machines make today’s cool TADA moments! Last month’s sweaty weather pushed us indoors for some quality sew/me time. We gave up on cool weather but turned up the heat on finishing more BOM blocks.
My kids went to sleep-away camps. I knew I’d have just as much fun (more) as they would…at a sewing machine. Definitely NOT in a canoe, cabin or canteen. No mosquitos in my sewing room or greasy sunscreen (they think they had more fun than me, so I let them – heehee)

She used the rainbow color palette in her own way and members loved how she used the solid blue background to frame the bright and saturated colors.
Shirley started her quilt at the end of 2024 and by March, she had completed her top (below). She was on a mission to make Aurora BOM!
