Hi everyone! It’s Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day, a biannual event in which people give things, (awesome things!) away.

This time around, I’m giving away some of my goodies from Fall Market. That’s right, I’m giving away a half-eighth bundle of my Mormor, by Lotta Jansdotter. These goodies won’t hit fabric stores until February 2014. February, ya’ll. That’s a long time!

Small print: The giveaway will be open until December 13th until 7pm CST. This giveaway is only open to continental U.S. residents (sorry, but the shipping!). I’ll pick a winner randomly and ship the fabric bundle by the 20th.

    Lovely fabric. I can never decide what to make until I see the fabric in person. If I won I would set these out on the back of the love seat for a few days until inspiration struck.

    I've admired so many of the quilts made with Lotta Jansdotter lines. I don't know which one I would copy – but I would definitely make a quilt of some sort with this awesome line!

    Fantastic bundle – I love the ones that look like stones especially. I would do something with larger pieces/patches to show off how interesting these prints are.

    Those are beautiful!!! I generally tend to use fabric collections in quilts. Something minimalist with silver quilters linen or white. 🙂

    This is a beautiful colorful collection. I would use it to make a modern lap quilt for one of my daughters. Three lap quilts are on the to do list for Christmas 2014.

    What a wonderful giveaway! Love that fabric. What would I do with it? I'd probably have to let it sit on my sewing table for a while so I could muster the strength to cut into it. Then I'd sew it into a beautiful quilt.

    I haven't been here before, so now I'm going to browse around.

    Why, I would make a quilt, of course. Actually, I made myself a lovely throw with cotton velveteen and wool batting and my daughter took it for her blanket. So now my sofa has nothing to cuddle into. I would make a new sofa blanket. And I would definitely use wool batting again 🙂

    I'd probably just leave the bundle sitting for awhile so I could enjoy the beauty of them before deciding what to make. But I'm a procrastinator…or like I like to say, I like to savor the beauty before turning it into something else!

    You have done some amazing work! Love your scrappy trip, the pieces made with Denyse Schmidt fabrics.(I don't know that pattern name) and the amazing Courthouse steps! SO much inspiration! I would definitely make a quilt to keep at my house from those fabrics.

    this fabric is so beautiful. I have been wanting to make myself and my daughter bags to carry our bibles and Sunday school materials so I would use the fabric to make patchwork bags.
