One of the best parts about going to Quilt Market and Quilt Festival is the opportunity to meet the people behind the fabric, the blogs, the books and the magazines. They are such nice and good peoples. At the Modern Festival Meet Up, I had the chance to meet some of the team behind the new Love Patchwork and Quilting Magazine.

They are lovely girls and I was so excited to meet them because the magazine looks way cute (wicked awesome, fly, and bodacious).  It is a sister magazine to the Mollie Makes magazine, which is equally adorable.  Love Patchwork and Quilting ran a few trial issues earlier this year, and is now officially launching their first official issue.

This particular issue (Issue Number 1) of Love Patchwork and Quilting will hit the U.S. market November 13th. Visit this post by Jennifer of Ellison Lane to sneak a peek inside this issue.

Giveaway

Each attendant to the meet up received a copy (thank you Love Patchwork and Quilting!) but guess what? There were extras! So I snagged five to giveaway to my readers.

If you are a follower of my blog, Instagram, flickr or Facebook, are a US resident in the lower 48, and would like a chance at winning a copy of this adorable magazines, leave a comment on this post.  I will close the entries at 4pm CST on Sunday, November  10th. I will randomly draw 5 winners after that and promptly email them (please make sure I can find your email address if you enter!) to ask for their mailing address. Then I will mail the magazines to the winners on Monday morning.

    I like you on Facebook, thank you so much for the giveaway, I love quilting magazines for their diverse project options, but I don't get them as often as I'd like.

    I'm a follower via Bloglovin' and I like on Facebook. This looks like a great magazine. I adore magazines. I can look at all the eye candy for hours and hours. As my 90 year old quilting friend says, when she looks at the magazines, she makes lots of quilts in her head.
