Hey there! How are you this week?
I’m stopping by to let you know I’ve updated my mini-course on graphic design. “A Quilter’s Guide to Graphic Design” is available to BHQ newsletter friends. The mini-course includes a few articles on graphic design and a recorded webinar. The webinar was recorded September 14th, 2017.
If you are a member of the Modern Quilt Guild, you’ll be able to view this webinar (same lecture different audience) over on the Modern Quilt Guild’s website. (This webinar was recorded on September 13th, 2017.)
To access the course, “A Quilter’s Guide to Graphic Design”, click here to register. The mini-course is free, but you will need to create an account. Please note you will automatically be signed up for my newsletter.
I’ve had really great feedback, so I hope you check this bonus resource out!

Hi Becca! My next door neighbor, Lora B, gave me your name, etc., since I am a beginning quilter. She also said to tell you hello and enjoyed her visit with you recently. My other reason for writing is I live between Texas and Munich. I am returning in March to Marburg, where my husband is currently moving us. I did have one of my machines and a lot of stuff there, but just shipped it back to Texas as we are moving into a small travel trailer so we can just travel when we are there.
If there is anything I can bring you, at least as far as Marburg, let me know. What I missed most was chocolate chips for cookies and flannel. The only flannel I could find in Munich in February was black, which was awful for the baby quilt I was making.
I look forward to being inspired by your color as I work on the Gypsy Wife quilt I am starting. Best wishes!
