Good News! No more bed rest! Baby girl and I are doing well. So the medical people say I can get off bed rest, but to still take it easy. Guess I won’t go running. Ugh, I cant think of anything more uncomfortable. π
My last week of bed rest was spent finishing hand quilting baby girl’s quilt.
All quilted… |
I’ve got that all finished and now I’ve moved on to making scalloped edges. (I love scalloped edges!) I’ll blog about how I made the scallops next week (maybe baby!).
Gettin’ my improv scallop on |
I’m going to quilt just inside the scalloped edge to prevent the fabric from puckering while sewing on the binding. And then I will try my hand at bias binding. (Eek!)
Linking with Lee again this week:
Thanks for stopping by!

Phew- glad you're off bedrest. That can drive a person insane. Looks like you were productive though. Way to fill the time with something adorable.
