Quilt blocks on repeat! 🔁

That’s kind of what chain piecing is... Just one block after another all coming together with no stopping to cut thread in between!

Chain piecing = more quilting, and less time-wasting. 🙌

Sew with me as I chain piece these blocks, with no stopping to snip after each one! 🧵✨

It’s seriously a game changer for keeping your project moving, plus it’s weirdly fun to see them all connected like a quilted train. 🚂

Sometimes you just can’t help it! 😂

And I say there’s NOTHING wrong with starting something new.

You can almost guarantee that at any given time I have at least three or more projects all underway. 🤭

But having multiple quilty projects going at once keeps things fun and interesting, and there’s always a masterpiece in the making that I enjoy working on! ✨

See all this color movement? 😍

Can you believe It’s actually just 2 fabrics?!

The ombre fabric (Sky by Jennifer Sampou in Tornado) @jennifersampou has so much movement from near black to green, all I needed to do was cut and sew it back together! 🪡

As I’ve revealed this new pattern which you can get access to as a bonus inside the Make Modern Triangles Club, I’ve had TONS of quilters asking which colors I used.

Ombre fabrics are a great way to add LOADS of color movement to your quilts with just a couple of fabrics!
