For the bestest mother-in-law in the world, I made this quilt:
The fabric line is by Heather Mulder Peterson and called Home for the Holidays. I used a pattern by Oh Fransson. Love her style, envy her energy! I quilted it using red thread with a flower pattern.
Also finished a couple of weeks ago, but for the Bryan house (ME!). This pattern was featured in a magazine and designed by Joanna Figueroa of Fig Tree & Co. Also love her fabric. She has a great mix in greens and reds. 😉
I know it is en vogue to have a pieced back on a quilt. But I just love a plain fabric, especially with a matching thread color — red in this case. I think it shows off the quilting. It looks so comfy to me. So that’s what I do.
Yah and whew!
